How To Start And Grow A Successful Personal Brand From Zero, With No Friends Or Followers?

Personal brand. I must admit that I cringe a little whenever someone mentions it. I've worked with so many companies and talented professionals before, and they find it difficult to come up with the right playbook for it. The struggle is real. And honestly, I get it. Just so you know, the problem lies not with us, but with the term itself. 

To me, personal brand is about three things. 

1. It’s about the niche we are in.

2. It’s about the job we do.

3. It’s about our professional perspective or professional point of view relating to the niche we are in and the job we're doing.

Unlike establishing a brand for a company, this, however, is different. It involves the brand name, the logo, the value proposition and the graphic elements such as corporate colours, font type and so on. They're designed for instant recognition by a wide audience.
